Come join our team! The Robert B. Balter Company (“Balter”) is a small, well established engineering company looking for someone to join our accounting department. Currently, we are implementing a new ERP software system, Unanet A/E (Clearview).
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
Requirements of the position include:
- proficiency in Excel and Word
- experience in accounting/project management software
- excellent organization and communication skills
- ability to prioritize and multitask
- must be deadline and detail-oriented person
- interest in learning new accounting software
- support other office operations
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
