Our Company Values impact all decisions and include:

Holistic / Whole Health -- We believe that the solution to many problems in life are multi-faceted and may require collaboration with other individuals and/or professionals to achieve the optimal outcome.

- We serve our clients with long-term benefits and a holistic approach to addressing their needs.

We will communicate in the way that best suits the client. For some this is by phone, others prefer email, and some prefer in-person meetings. We will look for the best solution for our clients' unique situation, and recognize for some, this means going around the legal process, not through it. We look for opportunities to add value to our client’s lives beyond the legal services we provide (i.e. connecting them with other referral partners, life coaches, parenting coaches, financial planners, etc).

- Each person has their own preferences, styles, limitations, and strengths.

We have flexibility and personal accountability to our clients and the rest of the team. We offer unlimited paid time off (for salaried team members) and a mobile work environment. We invest in physical, emotional and spiritual health - not just continuing education seminars. We understand that people may work untraditional work hours or have non-traditional work habits.

Growth -- We are hungry for growth and improvement in all things – in both our personal and professional lives.

We understand this is a time of intense and often painful transition. We recognize the need to be patient, caring, compassionate, and kind. We will work relentlessly to protect them and their children, but we will not use the legal system or process to tear down families or inflict unnecessary pain and suffering. We want to support our client’s continuous improvement toward fulfillment, peace, and independence.

We embrace technology, especially that which allows us to serve clients better and live out our other values. We invest in personal and professional growth, education, and company growth. We face change with optimism and an open mind. We work to continuously improve our relationships, health, knowledge, service, and effectiveness. We seek both personal growth as well as professional growth because they are interconnected.

Creativity, Bravery, Optimism, and Empathy –

We embrace these qualities with each and every client and each and every case. Those clients who also embrace these values are the best fit for our firm and will be most happy working with us.

Our approach to work embraces these qualities. This is truly a differentiator and our clients feel this difference at our firm. Our attitude in approaching cases, change, and each other are influenced by our perceptions and attitudes.
