An excellent and well established Casual Dining Concept is looking for a General Manager to oversee two units. The ideal candidate will have Executive Chef experience and know the BOH like the back of their hand. Both locations do a combined $95,000 a week in night time sales. This a role for someone who can really roll up their sleeves and be involved in both BOH and FOH operations. Lots of growth available!

What we seek:
- Previously an Executive Chef w/ FOH experience at a high volume restaurant .
- Good tenure (no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years) and at least 5 years of management experience.
- Roll up your sleeves mentality and hard working. (Ownership Mentality)
- Strong with numbers + ability to multi-task well.
