What we seek-

• 2+ years of proven experience as a QSR General Manager
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management and cost control
• ServSafe or Food Safety certification
• Bakery experience a plus
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must love gourmet cookies
