Administration Assistant 
 
The Reserves Network is currently hiring an Administration Assistant for a property management company in Mt. Dora, FL. The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple association managers and assistant manager. 
 
What a typical day will look like:
  • Answer telephones, transfers to appropriate staff member, takes messages
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Maintain resident files, access cards and gate entry
  • Maintain irrigation log
  • Sign for, prepare and distribute UPS/FedEx packages
  • Maintain lobby and front desk area keeping it clean and free from clutter
  • Sell ticket for events and maintain log book
  • Research, maintain and purchase office supplies through corporate
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work
  • Copy and assemble Board Packets
  • Assure discreet handling of all business
 
What you need:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
  • Basic typing skills
  • Microsoft Office software including Outlook
  • Knowledge of general office machines and telephone protocol
  • Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information

  • Monday – Friday; 8:00a – 5p
