Job Description
Direct Hire Outside Sales Rep
Location: Greater Charlotte/Gastonia area.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Direct Hire Outside Sales Rep to become an integral part of our client’s team! Develop business plans to meet personal and company sales objectives. Qualify and develop active, viable pipelines through targeting prospects and initiating contact utilizing the various methods of sales lead generation. Manage, support and develop relationships and growth opportunities within new and existing accounts. Actively pursue cost reduction opportunities and identify alternative means to provide value to a prospect/customer. Provide accurate market feedback and industry trends. Work closely with internal supporting departments to ensure customer requirements are met. Upon meeting sales targets, house accounts will be handed over.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Solid work ethic comprised with high levels of motivation and willingness.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
