The Reserves Network has partnered with an amazing client that is looking for a client services specialist. The client services specialist is a support role in the marketing department and is responsible for coordinating and monitoring request and projects. They will serve as a point of contact for a region of stakeholders for all incoming work requests to ensure clients’ needs are matched with the proper service offering. Duties of the client services specialist:
- Serves as a primary point of contact throughout the work lifecycle to provide appropriate, relevant and responsive updates to stakeholders.
- Independently handles client-facing communication and assists in the maintenance of a matrixed set of system notifications to provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Assists in driving operational excellence through partnership and collaboration across various high functioning teams.
- Coordinates and monitors requests and projects through each stage in the work lifecycle
- Assigns work, allocate resources, and manages capacity.
- Builds intake forms, project templates, and workflows within project management platforms such as Workfront.
Requirements of the client service specialist include:
- 2+ years proven client support experience.
- Associate degree required.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task several projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with clients and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Job perks for the client services specialist include:
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, starting at $24 an hour.
- 6-month opportunity.
