Administrative Clerk

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire | Workplace Type: On-site
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm | Salary: $16 an hour
Do you have administrative experience in a clerical setting? A local housing agency is seeking to fill the position of an Administrative Clerk to join their team! The candidate will be performing a variety of administrative duties around the office along with a creative way to keep the workflow consistent is to be expected. Administrative Clerk’s Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets
- Answer client inquiries by phone
- Update and file records and reports as required
- Review documents to verify information
- Help maintain information packets to submit for processing
- Utilize office equipment, such as a scanner, printer, computer, and more.
Administrative Clerk’s Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative support experience is required
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check
