Help Desk Support Specialist

TRG is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in supporting the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Performance Management (PM) Services BPA.

The successful candidate will have experience serving as a contact for support and customer service for performance measurement and performance management related support.

This position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

The location will be in the Washington D.C. Metro area. Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted based on the specifics of the contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret, evaluate and resolve email and telephone inquiries pertaining to the functional application of performance measures utilized by OJP grantees and federal staff.
• Apply known solutions to problems or performing basic research and escalate issues to the next level support when the solution is unknown.
• Maintain, track and respond to log of action tickets and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Document troubleshooting steps and resolution.

Experience and Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior experience with Service Now, ticketing software preferred.

Bachelor's degree required.
