Sr. Manager, Inbound Exceptions

This position is based out of Brisbane, CA and will report to the Senior Director of Customer Service and Consignor Relations.


  • Work with Client Services and Inbound Operations to develop and automate key performance metrics
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Develop and propose actionable initiatives to reduce exceptions and improve operational efficiencies where possible
  • Build exceptions flow for inbound consigned inventory and develop/oversee team supporting exceptions management
  • Assist in developing process flows, operating procedures, and metrics for process improvement, and assist with related communication
  • Partner with client services to develop and execute real time updates for consignors
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for creative and quantitative problem solving
  • Oversee and partner with team leads on various operational groups to manage metrics real time

  • Extremely detail oriented, organized, and collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast pace environment
  • Strong analysis capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong knowledge of Excel required. Familiarity with various reporting tools such as Good Data (Zendesk), Looker, Insights a plus
