Job Description

· Commercial roofing sales, lead generation and new business development.

· Participation in marketing efforts to establish new accounts, service existing accounts, and procure new business opportunities.

· Responsible for providing management and supervision required for the successful completion of projects within budgetary limits.

· Responsible for managing all phases of proposal preparation/submission.

· Some work will be conducted outside and requires the ability to access building roofs using a ladder.

Commercial Roofing Sales Professional

Education/Experience/Skills

· High School diploma or equivalent at minimum (some college/trade school experience preferred).

· Minimum of two years successful outside business to business commercial reroofing and maintenance sales experience in Charlotte or the Piedmont Carolinas areas.

· Good knowledge, understanding and expertise regarding relevant roofing and related trades technologies and applicable regulations/standards.

· Proven capabilities in direct outside sales, proposal development, relationship building and account management.

· Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.

· Good writing, computer, and communication skills.

· Experience with FCS Roof Inspection software.
