This person will report to the current Chief Operating Officer for National Commercial Banking (NCB) and will facilitate a broad range of portfolio management, audit/compliance, reporting, and operational activities which are of critical importance to meeting the bank and NCB's customer relationship, profitability, and risk management goals. Additionally, this person will work closely with the NCB COO on a variety of special projects critical for future regional/business expansion and revenue growth. Specific responsibilities will include the following:
+ Coordinate a series of NCB Portfolio Management weekly/monthly requirements with the network of NCB Group Portfolio Managers (GPMs). Activities will include tasks such as: risk rating confirmations, pricing grid confirmations, past due monitoring and reporting, etc.
+ Work with NCB Leaders and strategic partners across the bank to prepare general and ad hoc reports for Executive Management.
+ Assist NCB COO with special projects focused on new products, regional expansion, business growth initiatives, and improving process efficiencies.
+ Work closely with Finance and Data Management to develop reporting to assist in portfolio management and to be used for business unit and portfolio reviews.
+ Work with NCB lenders and GPMs to manage NCB's current pipeline of deals in CRM.
+ Become a proficient database user (e.g. IBIS, Hoover's, S&P etc.) on behalf of NCB and pull reports for NCB lenders to complete industry and market analysis for sales calls and new market memos.
+ Own tasks related to compliance and regulatory issues and coordinate with NCB lenders and GPMs as needed. Activities include, but are not limited to: NCB HMDA and RegB oversight and reporting, High Risk Asset monitoring and reporting, Regulatory University monitoring and reporting.
+ Assist NCB COO with Enterprise Risk Management processes, development of risk metrics and limits, and subsequent development and ongoing monitoring of Segment Risk Statements.
+ Work closely with NCB COO on responses to internal audits, credit review exams, FDIC, etc.
+ Coordinate RR5 Reviews with NCB GPMs, Lenders and Credit Risk; assist with coordinating any activities related to CAMP meetings.
+ Work effectively on projects that require managing stakeholders across various groups in the bank.
+ Work closely with NCB COO to organize various team offsites throughout the year, bringing together NCB leaders, RMs, and various stakeholders from across the country. Additionally, help coordinate Commercial Banking Quarterly Product Partner Call, as well as the monthly NCB GPM Meeting.

+ Strong analytical and time management skills.
+ Formal credit training preferred.
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role with primary emphasis on credit lending/credit review/portfolio management.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite; specifically Excel and Power Point.
+ Must be comfortable managing tasks involving various stakeholders with often competing priorities.
