Staff Accountant / Merger & Acquisition Analyst, The Premier Advisory Group

The Premier Advisory Group is seeking a top-level Accountant who will work very closely with our CFO and CEO in the development of business plans and create business evaluations as a part of our Business Brokerage and Business Coaching, as well as merger and acquisition target opportunities. The Accountant would also need to be diverse in its abilities to work with various types of business financials and have the skillset to assist in the performance of the remote CFO for our clients.

Duties will include:

● Assist CFO with forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and obtaining funding for various

initiatives and company strategy. 

● Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.  

● Analyze company financial strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective actions.

● Prepare reports and projections based on financial projections. 

● Evaluate current and previous financial data. 

● Assist in the determination of a company’s value through the examination of financial and other information. 

● Prepare internal and external financial statements. 

● Transactional entry into various accounting software, billing, collections, payables, cashflow, etc. 

● Assist in the completion of month-end closings, reconciliations, external reviews, etc.  

● Assist CFO with forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and obtaining funding for various

initiatives and company strategy.
