A plumbing company looking for a unique individual to join our team as a CSR / Dispatcher.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Dynamic phone presence to ensure all customers experience premium service. Review customer satisfaction issues to resolution.
- Cultivate a sales culture through office processes including priority dispatch, customer comfort calls, scheduled service management, and estimate/proposal management.
- Maintain accurate time tracking on service technicians.
- Field incoming calls to increase sales/job count.
- Dispatch technicians for maximum productivity and profitability of service technicians.
The preferred candidate will have previous customer service experience, superior organizational and customer service skills and thorough knowledge of computer software including Word and Excel.
