Project Manager - Continuous Improvement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Analyze internal processes within different departments and create suggestions and solutions to improve efficiency
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Delegate project tasks to employees and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage cross-functional relationships with staff and outside contractors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERENCES

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proven value-add work experience in operations, consulting, or process improvements
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience with web technologies
• Experience in change management and innovation
• Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in Agile Methodologies and managing technology roll-outs
• Lived experience as a peer in recovery

BENEFITS AND SALARY

• $70,000-$77,000 annually
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% match
