Our client, a technology company located in Southfield, MI is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team. As an Inside Sales Representative you will support all stages of the sales cycle including supporting the sales with quotes and orders, providing data analysis and reporting, and maintaining day-to-day relationships with key vendors and distributors.

The hourly pay range for this position is based on experience between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour and the work schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Inside Sales Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside sales leadership to standardize business reporting.
  • Manage the sales operations process to enable sales team productivity.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them
  • Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation workflow within our CRM.
  • Assists with preparation of sales quotes and fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Work with the Service Delivery team to manage and fulfill internal and external customer orders.
  • Assist with on-boarding new sales reps.
  • Engage and develop relationships with team members from key vendors and distributors such as Microsoft, Dell, Logitech, Poly, Veeam, Synnex, TechData, and Ingram Micro.

Inside Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with CRM system, preferably ConnectWise or Microsoft Dynamics365
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and business intelligence tools is valuable
  • Service company experience preferred
