We have worked with our current client for the past 20 years and they are looking to fill multiple Call Center positions for possible Contract to Hire opportunities based out of their Troy, Mi. location.

Call Center:

  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • Responsible for handling inbound phone calls pertaining to property insurance questions.
  • The CSR may receive questions from Borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions
  • In addition to answering questions and assisting clients, the CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
  • The CSR must respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both the internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis.
  • Problem solving and problem resolution skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.
  • Various shifts between the hours of 9:30AM – 8:00PM Monday – Friday $13.00 - $15.00
