System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator with experience in Marketing Technology. The ideal candidate will have a “Can Do” attitude and see technology as a tool that we use to impact and improve the lives of our employees and customers. This role is a central figure in the success of the day to day operations. It is important that they be a team player and believe that people are not interruptions. We are looking for a process driven jack of all trades who is not afraid to learn by doing. 

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, security, and applications
• Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise, know when to bring in an expert as needed
• Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary
• Upgrade security systems as needed
• Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
• Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system
• Grant system access and manage internal login details
• Provide technical support when requested
• Document any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system
• Manage the technical work intake queue
• Resolve IT tickets 

Qualifications: 

Relevant degree, diploma, certification or experience equivalent in Information systems, information technology, or systems administration

Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude

Past experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems

Experience as Hardware and Software Administrator

Database management SQL

SSRS Report Builder and Crystal Reports

Microsoft 365

Sharepoint (away from server)

Salesforce

Zendesk

Financial software experience

Preferred qualifications:

Tableau

Natterbox phone system

Website experience

Social media experience

Not deep technically in terms of coding - understand theory
