Job Description

Basic qualifications: Prefer Bachelors Degree from a 4 year college. An Alabama Assisted Living Facility License (may be obtained after hire). Computer skills required.

You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Hospital or Long-term care Facility and Supervisory skills. Requires and understanding of the physical as well as mental needs of geriatric patients.

The Managing Director, with an overall caring personality and attitude is responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting, and management of key services in accordance with policies and procedures.
