CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (ENTRY LEVEL TO MANAGEMENT)

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy talking to the public and helping others? We are looking for talented retail customer service advisors to add to our dedicated team. Whether you’ve just graduated high school or you’re looking for a career change, if you’re a ‘people person’ this could be the perfect opportunity for you, with no previous experience required.

Job Requirements

  • Warm, friendly and outgoing personality

  • Strong desire to please

  • Comfortable talking to people from all walks of life

  • Helpful attitude

  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Able to work by one’s self without supervision

  • Efficient and organized

  • Smart and presentable appearance

  • The belief that the ‘customer is always right’

  • Language skills desirable but not essential to the role

About the Role

  • Engaging with customers face to face in a retail setting

  • Taking payments

  • Taking customer orders

  • Working as part of a retail team to ensure the store runs smoothly

  • Working with stock

  • Keeping the store and storefront clean, tidy and presentable

  • Selling and up-selling products

  • Liaising with management and clients to discuss new products and marketing strategies

  • Ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times

  • Ensuring that the needs of customers are met

  • Handling customer returns and exchanges

  • Handling complaints
