Job Description


The Treasury Analyst reports to the Treasury Manager and is responsible for daily deposits, daily cash activities and assisting with short and medium-term cash forecasting.   The Analyst is also responsible for processing wire transfers and ACH transactions and ensuring compliance with all related controls.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, treasury accounting, corporate and merchant card processing and analysis of bank fees.  The Analyst will be expected to be effective at communicating with all levels of company management and banking partners.

Job Duties:

  • Performs daily clinic deposits and other deposits processes
  • Assist in developing an efficient tool to log clinic deposits by category and location
  • Execution of the daily cash management duties – cash position, wire transfers, etc.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the cash position
  • Proactively monitor cash management processes, identify non-standard activity, exceptions or non-compliance to banking and treasury policies and escalate to management
  • Assist with setting up banking services
  • Assist in the development, enhancement and enforcement of treasury-related policies and procedures to support SOX compliance
  • Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen controls and incorporate best practices
  • Evaluate and monitor bank services and fees, including card program fees
  • Assist with monitoring Merchant Card programs and Corporate Credit Card programs
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card account reconciliations
  • Adhere to month-end cut off schedules related to reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month end processes, and all Treasury related journal entries
  • Provides Treasury-related information in connection with the external and internal audits
  • Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation including SOX related
  • Support cross functional initiatives related to Treasury and banking
  • Assist other departments (e.g., Audit, Accounting) with ad hoc information requests as needed
  • Interact professionally with all levels of internal and external associates
  • Other duties as assigned in response to changing business requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business - CTP preferred
  • 2+ years Treasury/banking experience is preferred - Recent experience performing cash management duties or treasury activities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of banking, banking platforms and cash management products
  • Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g. SAGE Intacct, Oracle, SAP)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with effective planning and priority setting skills
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality
