Oliver Royale Line Cook

Sauté line cook position available.

We are looking for someone with a passion for food and strong time management abilities who can provide our clients with an exceptional dining experience. Our restaurant is busy, and we need a competent and experienced line cook who can ensure that our meals are made precisely to guest orders while still following our standard recipes consistently. In addition to sauté duties, applicant will need to be able to keep up with prep and cleaning duties.

You need to be a team player who can effectively communicate with other kitchen staff to keep things running efficiently. If you have a positive attitude and are looking for a new opportunity in food service, please apply as soon as possible!

$16 hourly

• Consistently providing quality of food preparation and service
• Providing speed, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, prep and dish areas and equipment
• Understanding and proper use of recipes and kitchen equipment
• Flexibility with executing varying event and seasonal menus
• Maintaining Health Department cleanliness and safety standards

• 3+ years of cooking experience preferred
• Fine-dining preparation experience preferred
• Clear and polite communication skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to operate necessary kitchen equipment
