Job Description

Interior Designer (3-5 years of experience) with experience in hospitality, multifamily, senior living, and wood frame construction design. Individual will be performing a variety of tasks, including the development of program documents and space planning concepts; researching, selecting, and specifying furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories; and documentation of technical drawings and design details included in interior design construction documentation. In addition to technical skills, candidate should possess a strong understanding of finish materials and resources, and will be responsible for meeting regularly with product representatives and managing the materials library. Design Professional shall possess a degree in interior design from a CIDA-accredited program with successful completion of the NCIDQ exam preferred (or actively pursuing). An advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are essential. Ideal candidates will have a tenacious and energetic spirit, as well as a professional degree in architecture; excellent design, digital modeling and rendering abilities.

An advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop and PowerPoint. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, and wood frame construction design expertise is a plus.
