Job Description

Duration: 7 month contract

As a member of the HR Talent Acquisition Team, this role is a high-impact role driving HR best practices across the enterprise. As the resident data analytics subject matter expert and project manager, you will manage innovative projects related to data and research that is useful and accurate to create people-related strategies across the business. The successful candidate will be an innovative and strategic manager/analyst, preferably with experience in the areas of, analytics/data science, project management and communication skills. The candidate will first seek to understand business needs and then quickly build highly productive and high-impact solutions

Key Priorities In collaboration with HR Talent Acquisition Team on recruiting analytics • Provide prompt and up-to-date data analytics and research with actionable insights as need arises depending on HR business requirements. • HR recruiting dashboard (Greenhouse ATS) reporting analytics. • Provide communication support through building effective and crisp PowerPoint decks and collaterals for a diverse audience from executive teams to a larger employee population Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with an analytics/finance/marketing-related major • 1-3 years of relevant experience; 2+ years of relevant analytics or management consulting or senior management communications experience preferred. • Good to have: PMP or PHR or SHRM-CP certified • Hard Skills: statistics, excel, tableau, alteryx & familiarity with Workday and Greenhouse reporting • R/Python, SQL is not necessary but good to have • Executive PowerPoint slides creation, will ask for slide touch up is sharp, simple, and visually polished slides and the ability to distill the most important information and present it in a visually compelling way
