Client Care Specialist Requirements:
- Upbeat, extroverted, and friendly, as a Client Care Specialist, medical receptionist in our Physical Therapy practice, and an exceptionally kind and clear communicator.
- Willing to work with determination for personal growth within our practice as the administrative leader of your team.
- Greet patients over the phone and in person with a professional, positive, outgoing demeanor.
- Manage patient/client relationships, be observant of the needs of patients and team needs, and pay attention to multitasking skill sets.
- Willing to understand thoroughly and learn about medical billing, insurance verifications, and authorizations, and always go the extra mile to find a solution.
- Oversee the patient’s entire experience from intake to discharge.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized office and front desk.
- Ensures our Doctors of Physical Therapy have the administrative support to provide expert care.

Client Care Specialist, Front Desk Benefits:
