The New England Real Estate Network (NEREN), a multiple listing service (MLS) for the real estate industry, has a full-time employment opening for a Member Services Representative in our Concord, NH office. Basic duties and responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone system and providing NEREN members with assistance and support along with other various office and clerical duties as assigned.
Success factors in this role include excellent phone, customer service and organization abilities combined with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities to completion and working well both individually and in a flexible team environment are additional traits needed for success. Expect the work to be challenging, collaborative and fun. Prior data feed/online system, real estate and/or MLS software experience is highly desired but not required.
Starting hourly pay is typically between $16 and $18 per hour, plus an excellent benefits package that includes medical, FSA, HRA, STD/LTD, earned time off and 10 paid holidays per year.
