Opportunity: The Mom Project is helping to source candidates for the above client who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Commitment Level:  40 hours per week, 90% remote, 20% travel, contract through December 2020

 

Working with a global investment management business - one of the world’s leading money managers, who is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The client has a huge focus on recruiting gender diverse candidates. This position could go through the end of the year with the possibility to convert to full-time. This will be a remote opportunity with preference that the candidate sits in LA. Travel to local offices up to 20%.

 

The client’s Office of Inclusion and Diversity is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This position reports to the Director, Inclusion & Diversity overseeing the Early Talent Diversity Hiring Strategy. The team’s mission is to advance client’s global mission to foster an inclusive workplace that promotes the development of talent, provides a safe environment, and encourages all employees to bring their authentic selves to work each day. Primary responsibilities include providing recruiting and program management support for the upcoming campus recruiting cycle. As such, it is critical that you be highly organized, a self-starter and be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously. Recruiting & Administrative Support Responsibilities: • Manage diversity candidate database and track individuals across the hiring lifecycle • Provide coordination support for all engagement and recruiting activities related to client’s Diversity Partner Network • Conduct candidate phone screens for internship and fulltime job opportunities • Assist with administrative needs for conferences, luncheons, and events, such as shipping materials, confirming registrations, and tracking meeting attendees • Calendar management including coordinating calendar invitations for internal and external meeting participants • Book facilities and meeting rooms and reserve the necessary technology Experience Required: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required • Good relationship management skills, with a flexible and diplomatic attitude • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at a time under tight deadlines • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Adept with new technologies and a curiosity to learn new processes • Some travel required
