The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a marketing firm based in Concord, Massachusetts! They are a family-owned and operated boutique marketing firm with a focus on financial services, sustainable investing and other B2B services. They work with start-ups as well as multinational firms to solidify and amplify their overall strategy, messaging and brands. Their clients are both retainer and project-based, and they have recently launched their Accelerator: a six-step process to help companies jumpstart or pivot their marketing efforts. Each Accelerator takes between two and four months to complete. They are looking for a smart and creative project manager with a digital design background to lead the branding efforts for these Accelerator clients.

They are looking for a Senior Digital Designer/Project Manager to oversee digital and print creative solutions for their Accelerator clients. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing branding and marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and infographics. The ideal candidate has both strong project management skills (ensuring that deliverables are on time and high quality) and is comfortable and skilled at presenting and interacting with clients. This position can be remote and hours can be flexible, but in-person meetings may be necessary from time to time. There is potential for this to grow into a full-time position.
· Evaluate client marketing (ie, website and collateral design and content)
· Recommend creative/marketing priorities
· Lead creative team (writer, graphic/style guide print designer) in overall brand refresh
· Execute digital design for websites
· Communicate clearly with client and team members to keep the project on time and on budget
· Be super creative and learn about all sorts of interesting clients
