Our client is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to develop and lead creative, goal-oriented social media campaigns that engage and inspire our client's community. The Senior Social Media Specialist will manage brand channels on Facebook and Pinterest, creating content that reaches millions of buyers and sellers around the globe. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and reporting on innovative, goal-oriented social campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with strategic marketing, content, design, and community partners to understand our buyers and build social experiences that deepen connections with our client.
About the Position
You’ll be a crucial part of the Social Media and Community team, helping to grow our client's presence on our global social channels.
Act as channel owner for multiple brand channels, including Facebook and Pinterest
Develop and execute engaging campaigns across Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, informed by social insights, merchandising strategy, and impact towards marketing goals
Own day-to-day content production, scheduling, and reporting for multiple social channels
Manage and optimize monthly boosted campaigns on Facebook
Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, project-manage, and execute social campaigns and projects
Produce weekly and monthly reports on channel and campaign performance and surface new insights to the team and our partners
Brainstorm and develop new and innovative content ideas that achieve marketing goals
You have 4+ years experience in social media, with experience managing brand channels with large followings
You are a creative self-starter who can work both collaboratively and independently to execute new ideas and projects
You have a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for merchandising, art direction, and photography
You can write copy in a marketing and social media environment
You’re experienced with third-party social media measurement and scheduling programs
You're a skilled project manager who’s attentive to every detail. You are able to balance multiple projects and priorities with ease
You're a strategic thinker and bring fresh, exciting ideas for campaigns and content
You have a can-do attitude and are flexible with change and shifting priorities
Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, or other Adobe programs is a plus
