We are seeking a Project Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customers' business needs. The candidate will possess superior analytical skills and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. The candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Analytics, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop a better understanding of our sales and new ways we can improve the purchase experience for customers.

What You’ll Do:


  • Must be experienced in Catalog Management.

  • This individual must be detail-oriented to manage and maintain a growing product catalog across the company's field. This includes product creation, product association, and offer management.

  • This individual will lead both regular (daily, weekly, monthly) and Adhoc reporting on behalf of the DTC Ecommerce team.

  • This includes using internal dashboards, external tools (including GFK, IDC, and Slackline), and working with cross-functional team members to turn data points into actionable insights and narratives with clear data-driven recommendations.

  • The employee will be responsible for validating and cataloging customer experience including availability, promise, and other site metrics.

Must-Haves:


  • Must have 2+ years experience in Sales/Operations, or comparable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office. Intermediate SQL and Excel skills.

  • Experience in analyzing and deriving insights from large data sets.

  • Past experience of working in Consumer Hardware Sales OR E-commerce OR Retail sales industry

  • Able to express ideas with confidence and clarity and have well-practiced presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage intense workload with short timeframes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field.

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Burlingame, CA or New York, NY office once it is determined safe to do so.
