The Mom Project is thrilled to part with our client, a digital health platform for women in the second half of life, starting with menopause. They are seeking an innovative Head of Growth Marketing to join their team!

They are a digital health platform focused to improve the quality of life for women experiencing symptoms related to menopause. They offer symptom relief through education, community, telemedicine appointments, products offerings and membership.

About the role:
As the Head of Growth, your role will be a combination of managing their marketing contractors and agencies, as well as individual contributor work around marketing experiments, reporting, and scaling out success acquisition channels. You’ll spend your days perfecting the growth strategy while partnering closely on ideas with the CEO, product team, and engineering. You’ll study the numbers and results, then optimize and educate the company on the power of growth marketing.
- You have a track record of growing a direct-to-consumer online brand
- You have a track record of working in a seed-stage or early-stage startup
- You have direct experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- You understand what UTM parameters are, and the difference between a 200 status code vs 404 status code.
- You are comfortable leading teams (and want to!), but can also roll up your sleeves and dive in to do the work yourself.
>Lead full-funnel acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing across paid social, paid search, SEO, affiliates and email (marketing and transactional).
>Construct and implement best-in-class email campaigns including trigger, drip and referrals.
>Manage the on-site eCommerce experience including promotional campaigns, merchandising and delivery.
>Manage a team of contractors to help ensure they are hitting their deliverables and providing value to the company.
>Partner with the Data team to manage marketing analytics and insights tools to drive performance across the full funnel.
>Build the voice through product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and external communications.
>Work closely with the product team to optimize user experience.
>Distribute growth reports, reporting back to the team with insights and optimization strategies.
>Coordinate, set up and run A/B marketing campaign tests.
>Research, ideate and test new growth channels.
-Hands-on experience with growth and analytics tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics
-3 to 5 years experience in cross-functional growth teams
-Energy and passion for women’s health.
-Broad technology experience in web and mobile.
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills/
