Opportunity: The Mom Project is helping to source candidates for the above client who is looking for an HR Analyst
Commitment Level: 30 hours per week, on-site, contract through February 2021

**The hourly range for this role is $26/hr to $33/hr and will commensurate with experience**
**The goal for this role is a 2-3 month trial period and then to transition to a FT direct hire**

The HR Associate should thrive as a dynamic and curious hustler with a desire to work for a company where they can have a voice and an impact in the employee operations of the business. This role will require working face-to-face with leadership and other parts of the business with a focus on employee support and engagement tasks and projects, requiring strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude. This role will be critical to executing and continuously improving a world class new hire on-boarding process, creating an engaging employee experience, as well as representing the company to current employees by supporting in-bound support requests.
-Coordinate the On-boarding and Off-boarding process of employees in regards to employee expectations and team integration
-Promote company culture by identifying and recommending new opportunities to develop a dynamic, curious, and hustler oriented organizational mindset.
-Assess and improve employee engagement on an ongoing basis
-Provide basic support for employee questions on company policies and procedures, and appropriately escalate high-level questions to Leadership
-Maintenance of employee records, including new hire and separation paperwork, change of statuses and ACA maintenance and compliance
-Help in other areas such as talent acquisition, compensation/benefits administration, visa maintenance, and employee performance.
What We'd Like to See:
-Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related field
-At least 2 years of business operations or human resources experience with a heavy focus in at least one area of their role responsibilities.
-Recognized for high impact achievement(s) in previous organizations or positions
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills and ability to own projects and daily administrative tasks
-Self-motivated; able to self-manage and deliver projects and initiatives
-Ability to work with diverse, creative, professional people in a fast-paced and high growth environment
-Passion for people. You are a lynch pin of company culture and drive this through your familiarity of the organization on an individual level.
-Highly adaptable and flexible; willingness to wear many hats; able to navigate competing priorities
