Job Description

The Operations Manager (Director of Operations) is a key Protector of the growing expansion of the business. This manager is the master of systems and training. The DOO is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the agents and achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing their own skills, and developing into supportive leaders/managers within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. They will also lead the sales department from a systems/accountability position.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $70,000
  • At plan earnings $90,000 - $140,000

up to $140,000 at plan with bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Helps build, implement, and improve all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing
  • Oversees all contracts through closing and manages all aspects of the operations and sales portion of the closing process
  • Hire, onboard, train, and support all members of the team, from agents to support staff
  • Oversee all company marketing processes and procedure
  • Track sales and oversee all ROI tracking systems
  • Training and supporting the team on all systems, procedures, and technology
  • Build team relationships and culture to keep the team engaged and support high retention
  • Hold team members accountable to goals and objectives, providing support, mentoring, and coaching on a regular basis
  • Conduct and lead daily and weekly team meetings
  • Assist with team lead generation and recruiting
  • Track, audit, and edit KPIs to ensure team success
  • Support and care for all team members to ensure they are reaching their goals and being successful

Qualifications:

  • Must have a background in leadership
  • Sales or real estate leadership experience preferred
  • Background in real estate is a plus. Must be willing to obtain a real estate license
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Team-oriented and passionate about making others feel comfortable and helping them to succeed
  • Systematic and procedural driven
