  • Has day-to-day responsibilities for the work and deliverables. Ensures work products meet specifications. Provides regular updates as to progress, budget, and ability to meet commitments.
  • Ten years of experience is desired. Responsible for managing medium-to-large sized systems projects of moderate-to-high complexity, project (s) and related deliverables. Manages project reporting and transparency of project status for schedule, budget, risks, and issues. Provides monthly financial health assessment and coordinates Project forecasts.
  • Facilitates planning and execution of the project’s activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time and quality goals are met. Responsible for creating and tracking project schedule and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Oversight of Project change control and escalation.
  • Facilitates risk evaluation and development of mitigation plans to meet project objectives. Uses standard EPMO project management processes, methodologies, and documentation practices to ensure projects meet project objectives. Acts as the customer’s primary point of contact for the project.
  • Directly manages all aspects of the project lifecycle through project management processes.
  • Ensure stakeholders receive the necessary information to make sound decisions and trade-offs between scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Leads and manage meetings. Documents action items and track follow up. Communicates instructions/processes to project team members in a matrix organization.
  • Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed parameters. Effectively manages vendor deliverables (as warranted by project). Seeks input and advice appropriately.
  • Ability to manage agile, waterfall and hybrid projects.
