Customer Service Representative

$20.75/ hour


March 30 - September 24

Estimated 20 hours/ week


We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide world class customer service to all guests at Nationals Park this upcoming baseball season.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have a profound ability to impact a guests overall experience at Nationals Park. Guests expect a memorable experience, so it is imperative to keep a positive attitude.

Customer Service Representatives will be available in designated areas and stations within the ballpark to provide superior customer service for all fans of Nationals Baseball and guests of Nationals Park. These locations will include, but are not limited to the Guest Relations Office, Satellite Kiosks, Entrance Gates, Ballpark Aisles, and other stations or immediate locations within or around the ballpark as deemed necessary. Customer Service Representatives may be cross-trained, scheduled and rotated through each discipline listed below so as to ensure maximum customer service.



  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy with the public

  • Strong verbal communication 

  • Calm and collected under pressure

  • 6+ months of customer service experience


Physical Demands:

  • Some physical activity and ability to lift, carry and push products, strollers, etc.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 3 hours at a time)

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

  • Ability to push guests in wheelchairs weighing up to over 100 lbs
