$23/hour (W2) - Tier II IT Support Technician - ON-SITE ALL WEEK IN DC

Our local government client is hiring an on-site Tier II IT Support Technician at $23/hour (W2) to support their team in Washington, DC. 

Responsibilities:
- Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users.
- Ensures a timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.

Qualifications: 
- IT related certifications (CompTIA or equivalent)
- 2+ years' IT network support experience
