They will receive training and perform duties in the following departments such as Marketing, Client Services, Sales, Operations, Human Resources. Trainees will learn operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. They will help sets performance goals and objectives for individuals and their respective teams they manage. Perform key components of training for new employees in account management, client services, and sales. Management trainees are expected to lead from the front with respect to each department by demonstrating a strong proficiency in each component.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company. Extensive travel may be required depending upon the position.
