Inside sales representatives will be responsible for working with the suite of services offered by our Fortune 500 client. They will sell retail products and services to customers and will be working in a retail location or showroom waiting on customers directly. Inside sales representatives will be responsible for determining customers wants and needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Inside sales representatives must be friendly, well-spoken and posses strong interpersonal and presentation skills. An ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism in store and during interactions with customers. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. They must possess excellent marketing and sales acumen to develop leads and explain the products addressing questions and concerns in order to make sales.
