As a Brand Ambassador, your primary duties are to promote our client's products and services in an appealing manner to current and prospective customers. A detailed knowledge of the brand and suite of services is crucial, along with an understanding of our client's objectives for that brand. Brand Ambassadors work closely with the sales department and will help with hitting monthly, quarterly or yearly sales goals.
Brand Ambassadors must be highly proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, often with little to no supervision. You have to recall product information, be comfortable dealing with sizable groups of people in public forums, have well-honed social skills and strong listening. Also, you should also be extremely organized and feel comfortable in a position with significant responsibility.
