The Maintenance Connection is seeking a Customer Service/Office Assistant. We are currently looking for a full time candidate, Monday – Friday.
Duties will include:
*Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
*Daily Batch invoicing and billing.
*Assist with deposits and credit card processing
*Assist with sales reports
*Assist with office projects as needed
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Knowledge of standard office principles and procedures.
* Great phone skills.
* Able to provide excellent customer service.
* Computer literacy a must. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs a plus.
