Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Richmond based furniture manufacturer, is seeking an experienced candidate to provide Customer Service for the company. This position is located in the corporate office and provides general client support, order entry and invoicing for all customers. Interested candidates are requested to submit a cover letter along with a resume detailing complete job history.
Position Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally in a timely manner via telephone and email
· Timely and accurate order entry
· Timely and accurate invoicing of shipments
· Filing of documents
· Maintain organized and accurate document folders
· Respond to order and billing inquiries from internal and external customers
· Process and package Marketing/sample requests
· Prepare UPS shipments
· Work closely in a team environment assisting other members of Customer Service, Sales, & Marketing
· Assist with other duties in the department assigned by the Customer Engagement Manager
Requirements
· High School diploma or Associate College Degree preferred
· Required minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
· Preferred experience in QuickBooks environment
· Must have excellent communication skills face to face, on the phone and in writing to include proper grammar, punctuation and spelling
· Occasional need to work overtime

Salary:
· $16 /hr; commensurate with experience
Experience:
· Customer Service: 1 year (minimum)
· QuickBooks (preferred)
Education:
· High School diploma; College Degree preferred
Work Location:
· Sandston, VA
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· 8.5 hour shift (qualifies for overtime)
