We are seeking a team player - self starter with a friendly and outgoing personality & professional appearance for front desk services to greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner. EXCELLENT speaking, interpersonal and social skills.
Duties include: answering busy office phones and routing calls, taking detailed messages, heavy filing, collecting rents, interacting with tenants, preparing mailings and other office related tasks such as preparing the office for each day. Will also assist Property Management team in various management and maintenance duties as they relate to the properties that we manage. Ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, thrive in a fast paced environment and be organized.

Minimum Requirements: Fluent in English & Spanish, Basic computer skills, California Drivers License
40 hours per week, $13.00 to $14.00 per hour, no benefits.
