Position Overview:
The Kenific Group is seeking a document technology specialist to support the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Refugee Asylum and International Operations Directorate (RAIO). Services include mail, records and file management and administrative support services. This is an entry-level position.

Position Overview:
The Kenific Group is seeking a document technology specialist to support the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Refugee Asylum and International Operations Directorate (RAIO). Services include mail, records and file management and administrative support services. This is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking statistics and entering data into various automated systems.
- Creating and verifying records in Central Index System (CIS).
- Processing updates to the National File Tracking System (NFTS) for incoming and outgoing files.
- Scanning and interfiling documents.
- Maintaining files in accordance with the USCIS Office of Records Managements Records Operations Handbook.
- Adhering to the appropriate regulations to provide timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing files and mail within the facility.
- Receiving and transferring files, charging out files and sending files to other sections within the division.
- Auditing files.
- Performing electronic file consolidations; conducting searches; responding to requests and requesting files for alien immigration process; performing searches for DHS internal offices, Congress, and other federal agencies, as well as the public.
- Tracking aliens and petitioners' files worldwide and responding to internal and external requests from Congress, ICE, FOIA, lawyers, petitioners, and clients.
- Requesting files from other FCOs; working with National Records Center; working with various software programs, such as Camino and NFTS; updating RFE/NOID; updating denials and combining files in NFTS.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- At least one year of related experience
- Professional attitude and learning skills
- Ability to manage conference rooms via Outlook
- U.S. Citizenship required - must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
