ResponsibilitiesProvide best-in-class customer support for processing certificates, evidences of insurance, ID cards, and client requestsFollow agency procedures to ensure new business policies, renewal policies, and endorsements are processed in a timely manner through the agency’s management systemUtilize knowledge and understanding of personal lines coverages to ensure transactions and policy output from carrier partners are accurateCollaborate with agents, underwriters, and leadership to provide total account management of selected customersHandle billing inquiries and invoice preparationReview monthly renewal and activity suspense reportsEnsure strict confidentiality of customer informationAssist with other projects and duties as assigned Education/Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience within a personal-lines focused independent insurance agency or brokerageActive New York Property & Casualty insurance license is requiredBachelor’s degree requiredProficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and entering data across multiple websitesExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced working environment and sitting for extended periods of time#LI-SB1INDTJG-MA
