The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for running promotional events at retail locations. During each event the Retail Sales Associate will interact with customers and present specific products with the goal of driving sales. The candidate will also be relied upon to maintain and build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate :
- Conduct daily efforts within a retail space to identify, target and make sales
- Collaborate with other team members within the company to ensure all marketing elements are set up and executed professional
- Become a product expert, answering inquiries and questions from customers
- Follow brand guidelines of both the brand and retail location
- Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
