The current client base is extremely diverse and these growing marketing campaigns are in need of a customer service professional that can work on site at the promotional events providing direct customer and client support through promotional techniques.
As a result of clients placing a high value on this firm’s more personalized, customer service based approach to direct marketing, there is a new opening for the expansion of our client’s campaign. Our client needs a personable, motivated Customer Service Associate to help their customer service team continue to deliver the best customer service in York.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:
- Experience in retail customer service, restaurant/food service, hospitality, call center customer service, customer relationship management (CRM), client relations/client services, direct marketing, promotional marketing, and associated fields a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of people
- Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
- Leadership skills
Having a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personally owned vehicle is recommended). Travel to on-site events will be a requirement in this role.
