Full or part time, our Insurance Customer Service/Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients.  The Representative will process policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.  The ideal candidate will also be a passionate, self-driven, salesperson with an ability to uncover opportunities from every service encounter. This hybrid role is the cornerstone of the agency and has significant commission opportunity scaled to match performance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of our customer(s)

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
