Compensation:
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 based on level of experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO) - 10 paid holidays, 10 paid vacation days, 5 paid sick days
- Health Care Benefits - Eligible to participate in our group plan immediately; company will contribute $150/month towards your costs starting after the 3rd month of employment
- 401k - Eligible to participate after 6 months employment; company match of up to 3.5%
- Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period

Responsibilities
Regular Work Activities:
- Manage payroll and other business administration activities
- Maintain existing business entities and create new ones
- Create systems to support business rhythms and operations alongside leaders
- Oversee Short Term Rental operations; systems, marketing, launching, and guest experience
- Perform property research and analysis to find additional properties to purchase and manage
- Open mail, organize/file papers, pay bills, put packages away
- Work with professional vendors: attorneys, financial planners, bankers, CPA, etc. Prepare tax info
- Light bookkeeping with QuickBooks - monthly financials preparation; grow to learn analytics
- Calendar management & scheduling appointments
- Serve as gatekeeper to limit distractions and coordinate things as needed
- Managing and guarding your leaders' calendar, scheduling appointments, travel logistics, and overall keeping your executives on schedule and on task by proactively taking on functional business and personal tasks
- Monitoring, managing, and answering email communication on behalf of your leaders, briefing them on the "need to knows". Reminding leaders of key deadlines or deliverables as needed to ensure things stay on track and move forward
- Any details or assistance needed in any of their businesses
- Managing the household, including coordination of vendors, and contractors, managing maintenance, and collecting quotes
- Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment and personal household items as needed
- Making calls & facilitating whatever is needed
- Shopping, errands, returns, gift wrapping, decorating, gift purchasing, and sending
- Facilitate & manage parties & all event planning logistics, including invitations, vendors, etc.
- Many to-dos, management of people, processes, and household needs
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented and has the ability to take charge when needed
- Learning based

- Willingness to do whatever it takes
- Ability to negotiate and reason with people
- Organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to learn QuickBooks, light bookkeeping, document tax prep
- Working with limited direction or supervision

- Confidentiality and discretion - you will be working on our most sensitive and personal projects
- Ability to research things and provide a high level of detail in communicating findings
- Expeditious work and sense-of-urgency

- Resourceful and tactful. A good "researcher" to figure things out, has the ability to negotiate with vendors & a proven track record of managing money & business details of others.
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 DOE + benefits
