Our front desk receptionist is the first to meet and greet our external customers. It is important to positively represent IMA by being patient, compassionate and organized. We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist for our Middletown location. Candidates must be familiar with computers and applications including Microsoft Office. Must be able to multi-task, be organized and complete daily tasks in a timely manner. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. A position description will be emailed to you at your request.
Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:- Answer clinic incoming calls (primary).- Hand out appropriate paperwork for claimants to complete.- Prepare claimant charts using color coding for same claimant/different doctor/same day with two separate charts (green): pediatrics (red); and same claimant/same doctor with two different charts (separate vouchers) (orange).- Print out background received via email daily from either the state or scheduler and make sure background is in claimant folder.- Print out the day's schedule and doctors' schedules daily from ATS- Keep a show sheet for each doctor and make sure it is signed at the end of each day. Scan/Email all show sheets daily to designated persons in Accounting.- Scan/Email all Superbills to Billing on a daily basis.- Make claimant appointment confirmation calls, prepare the tracking log and input into ATS on a daily basis.- Print out face sheet for each Disability claimant's folder.- Perform other related duties as assigned.- Work overtime as required.
