Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our client in Waukegan. The purpose of this role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Support Account Managers
- Data/ Order Entry, shipment tracking, issuing call tags and submitting carrier claims
- Order Pick List quality control checks
Skills
- Must be available to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm Monday through Friday
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years CSR or Call Center experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel)
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Must be professional, friendly and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multitask, work as part of a team, and take initiative
